We won't bore you with all the research (check out the bottom of our home page if you like that sort of thing), but more studies than we can count have shown that regular exercise can improve physical health, mental wellbeing, mobility, strength, confidence, independence, and quality of life across a huge range of conditions.
The problem isn't knowing exercise helps.
The problem is that gym memberships aren't cheap. Personal training isn't cheap. Specialist exercise programs aren't cheap. And when life is already throwing medical bills, medications, appointments, and unexpected expenses your way, spending money on yourself can feel impossible.
